We saw Ka on a Sunday night. We booked tickets through the MGM concierge, who found us a better deal that I could find on Mlife.com. All in, we paid about $100 per seat toward the back of the front section.
The setting is impressive. There are structures on the sides of the theater where some of the acts take place. The main stage is set on a hydraulically activated rig that tilts, spins and twists to match the scene. A couple of scenes take place with the stage turned completely vertical.
Other Cirque shows tend to be divided into "acts" where the performers do their "tricks". Ka is more of a musical, with aerialists and athletic choreographed dancing and martial arts inspired
stunts. The performers are all impressive, however the story is a bit hard to follow.
It was an enjoyable night, but none of the Cirque shows dazzle me much. Three stars for Ka.
