  • I find your service in Chandler, Arizona poor to disgusting and have never ... did I say never !!! yes, never received such unprofessional service from Enterprise. I live 1 mile away and was told they couldn't pick me up for my early morning appointment. When I got a ride to the business, there were at least 10 people waiting outside with upset, angry looks on their faces. The person who looked like the manager was busy flirting with a female customer. He even left his desk to step outside with her as they giggled together. The 1 female was the only one trying to take care of customers. The person who finally helped me seemed to just come into work and was trying to satiate me with smiles and nervous promises. I left 1 hr later, which should not have happened. When I returned the car they asked how was service. I told them I felt like a red-headed stepchild and would hesitate renting from them in the future. "Awhwhhh!! well just take my card and I'll guarantee a 10% discount on all future rentals." This was just a pat on the head and a way of trying to placate little ol me, the red-headed stepchild ... Keep your 10%, it doesn't amount to much in these days. Someone should check into this branch and its treatment of customers.
