  • I don't mind paying more if I can get a girl that is consistent and good at cutting hair. I used the same girl here twice and it went well. I showed up 7 mins late to my last appointment and I was told that if I were to go through with my haircut, it would be the same price but I wouldn't get any of the extras. I was then pawned off on someone who had never cut my hair before. I decided to just cancel. How are you going to charge $45 for a simple gentleman's cut and then only alot a 30min time slot? The lady said she couldn't miss her son's karate class. . . Wish I would have known that before I battled through traffic to get here. I always tip $10 too, which I think is generous for how easy the job is. When I pay that much for a haircut, I expect impeccable customer service, and a grooming experience, not an in and out haircut. Rod, Nowhere did I insult anyone. Tanna is great at cutting hair. I merely mentioned that the style of my haircut is less difficult than most to accommodate. My problem was the price point vs Customer service/Time allotment. I upped the rating because I appreciate your response. I split time between Las Vegas and Orange County for business and I go to 18/8 Mens Hair Salon. Thanks for offering me the referral. Good Luck.
