-- I really had high hopes for this place. Its near where I work, on my way home, and not the usual cattle call most nail salons in Madison are. My first experience there was ok. Nothing to write home about, and I'm a bit concerned because my nails looked like crap after the shellac was off. I've been doing shellac for over a year, and this is the first time my nails looked so wrecked.
I decided to purcahse a Groupon for a mani/pedi for my birthday. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that I couldn't use my Groupon since I've been there once before, and I should consider giving it to a friend because Memorial Day is coming up. WTF?! So after a very frustrating time consuming phone call with Groupon to get the transaction cancelled and my money refunded, I get to wait 10 days for my money to be posted back in my bank account.
Don't treat your current customers like crap. I'd highly recommended these guys to friends and coworkers, but after hearing this story, I'm pretty sure they won't be checking them out.
