  • WORST AND SLOWEST SERVICE EVERY TIME! Seriously, there could be no line and it will still take 15-20 minutes for your bagel. I got a jalapeño bagel not toasted and I've been standing here for 15 minutes. Literally every customer has asked what the issue is. I get it's a "fast food" place but people have work and places to be. Oh and now the people behind me with egg on it getting theirs first. Absolutely ridiculous.
