  • Wasn't very happy with their service. Been there 5 total times, myself 4 times and my father once. First 3 times I went for an oil change and was told that the wait would be no longer than 2 hours. So I stayed since I don't have another car. All 3 times took over 6 hours and they never once came to me to tell me it would be longer. Kept getting the "shouldn't be too much longer" response. 4th time had to take my truck in to get a tune up, oil change, and fix the motor on my window that blew out. Was told on the phone that it would cost about $600 total. Dropped it off in the morning and was told it would be done within a few hours. At the end of the day it took for me to call them to tell me that my truck wouldn't be ready for pick up. It will now cost $900 to fix and can't help me out with a rental or anything because it's not their policy. Was told it would be ready by 10 am the next day. It took me 4 phone calls for them to finally call me back saying my truck was finally done. When I picked it up all ran well until the next day when conveniently the other window motor blew out, not 24 hours after I picked it up and the door any window had grease all over it. The one time my father went to get an oil change they charge him for 7 quarts of oil and when my dad home found out they only put in 5 quarts and on top of that knocked his alignment out of whack. So all 5 times I or my father have been there we were not at all happy with their service.
