  • Disappointing! Confirmed 2 times while booking the reservation that there was an adult pool with a swim up bar. The room was for Wed night. Checked in and got ready for pool. No swim up bar at all and the close by bar is 'closed weekdays for the summer'. Reminder I booked here because of thadult swim up pool bar. Went to the front desk and they suggested Cascades bar at family pool. Not happy but said we would check it out and if not we would come back to check out and get a refund. Several families were at the pool but the kids were not loud or splashing so I called the front desk to ask if they would Comp us a cabana since it would be a little more private at the family pool. There are 17 of them and only 1 was rented. I was told I would have to be on hold for 15 min to talk to the front desk but the person I was talking to said he was told I could get my money refunded if I wanted. Of course I could because I was lied to on the phone while booking. I told him we were going to stay but I wanted a cabana until 6pm. He couldn't auth that so I left my number for a manager to call me back. This was at 2:10pm. Did not hear back from them until a text at 355pm saying we can call to book a cabana - nothing mentioned about any comp. Disappointing again when I checked out because I assumed they would try and 'make it right' by comping the $26 resort fee. But No - they did nothing to 'make it right' which is their motto. They were given 3 chances to make it right and never did.
