  • Great experience - did a great job grooming, and were a pleasure to deal with - I'm a skittish dog owner and don't love leaving my dog with strangers, but felt at ease, and Frodo (our three year old Sheepadoodle) was relaxed and happy when I came back to pick him up. We've been looking for the right groomer for quite a while, and feel like we've found a home at Fur Factor. One note - you walk in through a comic book store, and enter Fur Factor through the door at the back - once you're in, it's clean and well lit. Happy customer!
