  • I am seriously disappointed in the customer service that my wife and I have received from the service department here. We bought our vehicle 5 years ago from this dealership. All the scheduled maintenance has been done decently and normal oil changes, while taking longer than a jiffy lube, have been fairly priced. I had hoped to keep giving them business. But the 2 or 3 times we've had mechanical problems have been aggravating. When the battery went out still under the full manufacturer warranty, they made us push the vehicle out of the garage for a tow to the dealership rather than just replace the battery During the morning commute last Thursday, the check engine light went off. My wife called as soon as she got to work. She was told Monday at 9am. We avoided driving the vehicle all weekend and I rearranged my Monday to take the car in. I got there and was told the appointment was for Thursday at 9 am, and there were no openings for days. Who makes an appointment for 90 minutes after they call from their work desk, during rush hour?! I explained there had to have been a clerical error. The man I talked to said regardless, there were no openings for 2 days. I had to badger him into even reading the fault codes. He was dismissive, even though their clerical error had caused the inconvenience to us. They just wanted me out of their office. I will not be returning to this service department! There are better people to give our hard-earned money to!!!
