  • I had a facial today with Alexandria and I actually can't give anything less than 5 stars for the professionalism, knowledge and care taken during the treatment (this will be my first review where I've given a full 5 stars!). My skin was analyzed in detail using the Fitzpatrick scale as well as having a VISIA skin analysis which walked through 5 or 6 different factors to help you understand the condition of your skin which was really helpful - one of the parts I enjoyed most was the fact based assessment that Alexandria went through (which totally appeals to be as a nerd!) The facial itself was both thorough and relaxing and despite it my being the first time here (I always get super nervous putting my skin in the hands of another person for the first time), I felt really comfortable and confident during the extraction process (she helped me clear a couple milia that had been bothering me for a while!). The whole process was incredibly professional and the products she introduced were fact based - at no time did I feel uncomfortable, in fact, I was asking for more and more advice on products and what she might recommend for my skin! All in all, highly recommend and I'll be back for additional treatments.
