  • This is the only T Mobile office near us that opens at 9.00am!! Javier was amazing and his customer service skills were definitely appreciated! My husband smashed his phone and had to get the new Samsung S8...of course! Javier tried his best to transfer all the information from the broken phone to the new one. We managed to retrieve some of it but not all. However, we were very happy with this young man's knowledge and experience as all associates in a T Mobile office should be because lets face it...not all of us are exceptionally tech savvy! Glad he was there because he made the experience of having to spend so much money, a good one! Thank you Javier! He's definitely a keeper, T Mobile!
