  • The first person to take my order had me repeat myself twice for every single item I requested in my burrito. Not because my voice was faint, or not understandable. She just simply wasn't paying attention, talking amongst her co-worker which wasn't work related. Upon getting to the second person I was rushed with "ANYTHING ELSE?" after everything individual item. At times even cutting me off before I could finish the item request. She came off as impatient even though I had full knowledge of what I desired in my burrito prior to even arriving at the establishment. With such a hasty demanor, I would assume her to get everything I requested in my burrito. This wasn't the case, she did not place cheese or sour cream in my burrito. I guess I should have been examining the assembly but when your drilled with "what else, what else, what else" it makes it hard to focus on if they are actually fulfilling the request. Best part, it wasnt even busy which made it odd to be rushed or for them to make mistakes. I love Chipotle but the staff here will not result in my return business.
