  • When I was in yesterday I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Called this morning seeking help with the chicks they sold me that appear sickly and received rude comments from the person I was on the phone with (couldn't tell you his name since they don't say their name when answering the phone). Very disappointing. Addie, I was told the chicks were four weeks old, not two. They were not lethargic due to cold because I took precautions even after being told the incorrect age. With help from someone outside of your store they are being cared for properly because I do know how to care for them - I'm not stupid like your employee seems to think I am. Don't worry, because I found someone that was eager to help instead of trying to make me feel bad and they are doing much better today.
