  • The eye exam was good even though I opted NOT to pay the additional fee to NOT have my eyes dilated...apparently it was my lucky day, and the eye doctor did the upgraded exam without charging me additional money. OMG the cost for their frames are, quite frankly, not affordable (and I make a decent salary)! Go to Costco to get your frames, even designer frames, at a fraction of the cost here. Lastly, I was able to afford a pair of glasses taken out of a shoebox (for those of us that aren't rolling in the dough), but they are unusable as bi-focals. I called and was told to come in so they could look at them, but I figured why bother. I am going to go back to Costco. They may not have the latest and fanciest equipment, but that may be why they are so affordable...AND they have always filled my prescription for bi-focals correctly without my having to return. Staff was friendly though.
