  • Recently bought a new charger for my laptop, but it started causing erratic trackpad issues chronicled here:http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/zenbook-trackpad-problem-related-to-electrical-issues-ux31a.705810/ Called the guy asking for a return or exchange and he gave a pretty adamant no to both. Told him to not sell these chargers anymore, as they cause problems for the laptops, but he goes on to say "just use the charger to charge the laptop, and if you want to use the trackpad just unplug it" Um no, I didn't spend money on a new charger just to work around its faulty electrical issues. Wouldn't recommend this place, customer service is rather terrible.
