  • Kris and and his son were very attentive and responsive. We were looking for a rental in a specific location with a low budget. All the major websites had outdated info and we were getting so frustrated. Kris had better access to what was actually available and we felt like a priority opposed to a problem. If we were in the market to buy, we'd absolutely trust him to be our realtor.
