  • I took my tires in to be balanced, and while they did the job, I witnessed them harshly drop one wheel and it scratched up my custom paint job. After being dropped it laid face down on the ground for ten minutes and not a single employee apologized for dropping it or scratching it. The main person I dealt with also commented that he "should punch whoever painted the wheels". I also witnessed him being rude to another customer who was paying in front of me for trying to refute what she was being asked to pay vs what she was quoted (a difference of about $50). Bottom line: they did the job, but the service was horrible.
