Horrible store. I went to this location to pick up one shampoo and took more than 20 minutes to checkout.
I started off grabbing one bottle of shampoo that was on sale, then walking to the checkout counter (that takes about one minute). There was only one cashier and a lineup of 5 people, so I decided to try the self-checkout.
I scanned my one item on the self checkout and the checkout malfunctions. Notifying me that I need store employee assistance. I wait around five minutes and nobody bothers to come.
Fortunately the lineup now clears so I talk to the cashier, notifying her that I'm still stuck at self checkout. She helps override and clear the self checkout, then helps me scan my item. When she scans the item, she tells me that it's a $9.49 bottle of shampoo when in fact the whole row I saw was on sale for $4.99. I disagreed and ask to show her. Because she's the only one at cash she can't leave and calls in merchandising. 10 more minutes later merchandising guy shows up and we go check the shampoo aisle.
The when we check and see the bottle was marked $4.99, merchandising guy tells me with a serious face that the one shampoo I selected was mislabeled and $9.49 and the other ones were on sale.
I ended up finally changing shampoo waiting in line again before finally completing my purchase. Absolutely horrible. Go hire more staff shoppers.
