  • This location...like a lot of Chipotle locations has gone downhill lately. Every time I go there the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I don't get everything on my bowl or burrito...so when I ask for extra pico, cheese or sour cream, I don't mean a "couple" extra chunks of tomatoes, a few more strings of cheese or an extra drizzle of sour cream. I mean like another decent size scoop. Then when I say..."can I get some more _____ please? They mockingly give me barely anything and move on...and yes, I'm nice until they start to shortchange me on portions. I understand Chipotle isn't as popular as it was before the outbreak...but I kept coming in and spending $ at your business. What do I get for not kicking you to the curb and spending my $ elsewhere?...skimpy portions. So...when I do feel like Chipotle I'll make the extra drive to a different location to not get stingy portions...and if they cheap out too then I'll just take my business elsewhere. Another thing...Chipotle Corporate, STOP instructing your employees to yell "Sour cream & cheese!?!?" It's SUPER ANNOYING..and it makes your customers feel like they're being hurried along...pass the rest of the toppings. I'm sure most customers know what they want and can adequately communicate that to you Chipotle eliteist.
