  • I won't say my experience in the beginning was good but by the end iphixation did what was right. I took my phone in with a superficial crack nothing deep and the lcd screen was fine. When they called to return the phone though, the lcd screen was damaged, after 7 trips to the mall to discuss this situation and the multiple times being told it was done and it wasn't it was finally fixed. I have to say if you do go Von is excellent, he became the brunt of my anger many times although he wasn't at fault for the poor workmanship in the beginning or responsible for the calls of our phone being done and then not actually being repaired. He was calm and helped me resolve any issues without taking my frustrations to heart. Overall if I had to go back I would only deal with Von.
