  • if you want to experience the worst in customer service you need look no further. This Terribles has it all whether you are hoping to have the $35 in gas you paid for actually being $3.50 in gas in your tank or the car wash attendant "forgetting" to give you your change then this is the place for you. Yes, you can have the thrilling adventure of returning to the counter 3 times to explain you are $31.50 short on the gas you paid for before they rudely ask you if you just want your money back. As an added bonus you can give your car wash money to the short Hispanic chick who acts as the cashier and have to, on multiple occasions enjoy that she doesn't even feign having to think about if she gave you your change. She knows she was busted and doesn't even think twice about giving you the cash she shouldn't have had to be asked to give you. To complete the Terrible Herbst experience of complete lack of giving a crap about you make sure you go to the corporate office to share your concerns. Enjoy the condensating attitude of total indifference as you say goodbye to Terrible Herbst forever.
