  • 2 stars, yet I keep coming back. Why, you ask? Well, my husband and I have a date about every other Friday, wherein we have lunch at 'Burgh's Pizza & Wings and then come to this theater for a movie. So we come here because it's near one of our regular and most beloved haunts. But for this one fact, I would never frequent this dilapidated and sorry movie house. It's dark and sad in here, with halls that are not well lit and an abandoned and unused snack station somewhere in the center of these lonely hallways that seems a fitting metaphor for the lack of attention, service and just plain care here. I went yesterday and had to wash my jacket today, as it smelled funny. Not surprising, as the surfaces here...floors, chairs and walls...seem filthy. Plus, the bathrooms need serious updating. So why 2 stars and not 1? Well, they almost always show a movie that I want to see, and they offer more choices than the other two movie theaters in the area, Carmike at the South Hills Village Mall and the theater at The Galleria. It's frustrating. Bridgeville deserves better.
