  • Ok let's start. I've been coming here for the past 5 years. Never had a issue until today. I brought my car in because both catalytic converters went out and also the variable valve timing solenoid. The lady at the counter said sir I'm sorry but we can't install this per our manager. Now mind you they said it's after market I told them I got the solenoid straight from the deal at a fraction of the cost. But they use to be real friendly and service was great. Don't get me wrong if you don't get the manager they are great but if you ever have to deal with him go to another shop. O by the way that's what I'm doing. Hey we're going to charge me 900 bucks parts and labor for the solenoid install but now I got the part and also getting my radiator flushed out all for 190 total. Bye bye ted weins. Never again
