  • I had several solar companies come out and give me proposals. I simply want to share that SolarCity did something I found very disturbing. I told them I did not want to go ahead with their twenty year contract. They sent some other options that were not compelling. But then on a Saturday afternoon a rep came to my home COMPLETELY UNANNOUNCED and UNINVITED. My home is in gated community as well. He loudly pounded on my door rather than use the bell. This is a hyper-aggressive, intimidation style tactic which I find very enlightening about the nature of SolarCity.
