My 12 year old was having vision problems, took her to her pediatrician who then said to go to an optometrist to get her eyes checked. I call the insurance and they recommended this place, I called them and said because of the emergency of it that they would squeeze her in.
We got there at 1pm. Sat there till about 3pm and finally got called back. The waiting was not a problem. The problem was that they charged me $50.00 to be seen... perfect. But then after my daughters eye exam they tell me she doesn't need glasses, but they still gave her a prescription and then charged me another $50.00 for THE PRESCRIPTION!! I asked why and she said that my insurance didn't cover the prescription. $50.00 for a piece of paper.
Then she tell me that the Doctor wants to see her again in a month. Uhh, no thank you.
