  • To start off, yes I am aware my location says San Diego, but I just relocated. Was last here a few months ago. But seeing how I have dealt with Sprint frustrations up until yesterday when I left them all together, not much has changed. I jokingly referred to my plan as the unlimited limited data plan as the coverage was slow when/and if it choose to function and always had little bars meaning killing the battery searching for signal. I mainly was in the Seven Hills, Brecksville, Parma, Northfield, and Bedford area if this helps anyone. Don't even bother if you live on the N. Royalton/ Hinckley border. To make matters worse, during the entire 2 year duration of my contract, went through 4 bad replacement phones (glad I paid extra for insurance to be given defective replacements) as they all malfunctioned, I did not break, water damage them etc. (one from the pearl location, another from p. valley and broadview, and 2 from here). Three the touch screen just wouldn't register, or over register and start clicking on things, zoom in and out of the screen or browser if open, etc. One did all that and shut off randomly, and the last one was sadly the best bc it didn't do either but the speaker phone never worked from day one. By then I didn't feel like ordering a 5th replacement. I tried asking for a different phone and had to go through corporate and eventually had to even escalate it and contact the BBB in order to even be offered a model replacement that was actually worst than current, to renew early/lock me into another 2 yr contract (yea let me do that seeing how your customer service is terrible, your warranty replacements are abysmal and your phone service on the same par), or be let out of the contract a month early. Even if it was just a bad phone model, why should I have to waste my time. All it would take is a decent replacement (small cost on your end) to let me see the value, if there is any, in Sprint. Pretty awesome seeing how I paid 200 for the phone (motorola photon), paid for one of the highest individual plans offered, and had numerous trips to the stores to pick up crap replacements, etc. In short they made money off me and I don't see the point in going back. The employees there are nice (I will give them that), but once they see you are actually having issues they avoid you like you have a lit match and they are covered in gasoline.
