  • Terrible place to live if you deal with a gentleman named Julian of Green Emerald Luxury Condos who rents out condos in this community, DO NOT bother wasting your time. They painted over our washer and dryer, our lights were broken, the place also had a terrible smell that couldn't be removed by any cost. This gentleman will find any possible way to not get your security deposit back as well. Place was dirty prior to moving in, and was never showed a proper walk through as well. Landlord also did not tell us about the need of having parking passes, which resulted in us getting towed on the first night.
