I would avoid this place at all costs - if you were unfortunate enough to purchase the dealfind for this place, you will sadly be made to feel like a second class customer. Don't expect to get anything from SOMA, except cold customer service. Where else do you go where you feel like you've inconvenienced them by showing up for an appointment that you paid for?
After you've made your laser appointment for weeks in advance, you'll be greeted by the receptionist who won't even look up from the computer when you walk in. You'll be lucky if she ever cracks a smile. Your laser treatment which will be poorly done and even after 8 treatments, it will be as if you've never had only gone in once.
The girl doing the laser treatment speeds through the entire process, which is why she misses so many parts. Don't even think about making any suggestions or complaints - the customer is NEVER right here. As a service provider, you would think you should listen to your customer and try to make them happy. They have a lot of to learn about running a business and customer service.
I've had laser treatments at other spas and even after the second treatment, I was able to notice a difference. I haven't had a proper laser treatment at SOMA. The only time I made mention that parts were missed, I was basically scoffed at and told that it's normal.
