  • This is by far the worst apartment to be living in. I dont even live here and I hate this place. Staying with a friend and this place is crawling with roaches. Even after the sent someone to spray the place. Didnt really get rid of the problem. Then we ran into a hot water issue where there was no hot water for 5 days. Next problem was the a/c went out. Called the emergency repair and no one came until 2 days later. Temperature was rising and it made it hard to sleep. And to top all this off....the cartridge to the turn the shower on and off is broken and water has been running since 10a this morning. It is 150a. Contacted the emergency repairs and they sent someone out. He couldn't fix it cause he didnt.have a part. Figured he'd go and get the part and come back to fix it...never came back. Water is still running. Cant turn off the water cause youd have to turn off to the whole complex. And they've been here since Feb....3 and a half months into the lease. What a f**king problem this place has. Property management needs to have your staff replaced if they cant take care of things when they need to be taken care off. Especially if it had to do with the water and a/c.
