  • True Runner has a great selection but the staff is incredibly rude. I had a terrible experience the moment I entered the store. There were about 4 people working that day and I wasn't welcomed by any of them, while other people were warmly greeted and asked if they needed any assistance. I finally received help only after asking an employee, Elizabeth, if I could try on a shoe. She looked bored the entire time and didn't ask if the shoe fit or if I needed another size. It was upsetting to walk into a store to buy my first running shoe and see another employee enthusiastically helping out the customer next to me while I was left in the dust. I will not return.
