  • I ordered beef with stir-fried (shave) noodles in XO spicy sauce today and it tastes really good! Before my boyfriend always suggested me to have ox-tail with soup noodles, but the noodle was sometimes a little bit plain and floury if only goes with beef soup. I dont hate it but just cannot finish the bowl all the time. But today I keep eating fried noodle until i cannot fill my stomach anymore. Also the service is great and fast. They rapidly provide a small plate of side dish (steamed peanut and pickled daikon) right after we sit down, even though the water tastes really bad! (For me, it's probably the worst water in Arizona) We still enjoy the food and service very much! Will return when I want some fresh homemade noodle.
