  • I have had the most difficult time in finding a good dentist, up until I went to Sierra Family Dentistry. I am still in awe at their excellent service. I was referred to this dentist from an oral surgeon. I called to make an appointment as a first-time visit and they fit me in for the very next day. They were very helpful and kind over the phone. They even said that they would waive the cost of my xrays since I was a first-time patient. The next day, I went into the office and waited about 3 minutes after filling out my paperwork to be called in. I first got my xrays done.They asked me about my dental history and also got to know me as a person. It was very refreshing. After completing the xrays, they began to ask me about how I was feeling about my teeth. Throughout this entire process, they explained what they were going to do, what they found, and how to best prevent/treat each area. It was extremely informative! I then saw the dentist. He was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed at all (unlike any experience I have ever had with a dentist). He and I set up a sound game plan for what was next and he answered my questions thoroughly. Next, I spoke with a woman about my insurance coverage and made sure I understood the costs of the next couple of appointments. This allowed me to plan out my finances for the next several appointments and worked something out that would fit my financial needs. Lastly, I got my teeth cleaned. They were awesome throughout and made sure I was not in pain. They gave me some goodies at the end and I set up my appointments for the weeks to come. The entire staff was so friendly and treated me like a very valued customer. I have returned twice since then and have had nothing but the best experience every single time. I referred my roommate to them and she has come out with the same experience as well. I seriously look forward to go to the dentist now! Thank you Sierra Family Dentistry:)
