  • So I normally don't eat here, but today decided to online order from Pei Wei. My boyfriend picked up the order. On my online transaction it listed the pick up time as 7:50. My boyfriend was told at 8:00 that it would take 30 minutes. After another 20 or so minutes, after he paid, he was told that they ran out of chicken (that was on both of our dishes) and that they could exchange it for shrimp or steak. At this point, it didn't even look like they had started on the dish, so we opted out and got a refund for our meal. Honestly the food here isn't bad, but just pretty ridiculous that they couldn't tell us they didn't have any chicken until he had already waited 20 minutes.
