  • Okay.... So the wonderful owner reached out to me after my review to have me come in to redo my brows at no charge. Manju took time to do it herself as well as explain the error that occured. She explained that the girl working was new and they were very busy so she was unable to have her shadow someone. I understand that people must learn and of course the best way to learn is experience. Manju (Mearcy) did a great job evening out my eyebrows. One was a little shorter and thinner but she was able to make them look much more similar! She also threaded my whole face because I am going to Havasu this weekend and have to look amazing of course! She was fast and talked to me like a person not just like a customer. My most sensitive area is my upper lip but the way she threaded did not make me feel half the pain I usually do!!! I'm so glad that I came in again and have this place another shot. This is a business that truly understands that their customers are what make them so successful. It's very clear that this salon only wants people to have the best experience as well as continuously coming back KNOWING they are getting the best vegas has to offer. This is now my go to place for threading :D
