  • Had our dog groomed today and they did a great job. My puppy looked awesome. They would have got 5 stars but the reason for the 3 stars is because they told me 70$ for full service. It ended up being 84$ total because of some "dematting". She gets shaved down so cut the knots out. I was charged for 2 of these dematting fees 7$ each. Why two? It's one dog. Made no sense to me. I asked about the charges and they just blew it off. I know it's only 14$ extra dollars but they should have warned me that there may be an extra charge, but nope. "It's the principle"...Even though they did a great job cutting her hair, I will not be back there for grooming because I felt they stole money out of my pocket..
