  • Wow! A front desk with an actual person sitting there answering the phone, a beautiful briefing room, a wide range of aircraft including: multiple tail wheels, a C150, several C172s, a few complex aircraft, a couple of Cirrus aircraft and even a twin. Instructors with a wide range of ages, skill sets and background. This place is stocked with great planes and great instructors. This is not your average rental outfit or flight school. I'm new to Aerowood and first impressions are that it looks and feels professional, there is evidence of strong organization and that does a lot in instilling the confidence in me to feel comfortable flying their aircraft. So many rental places and flight schools lack this level of professionalism and put togetherness. I'm glad to be a a customer of Aerowood Aviation and look forward to many more flights with them.
