  • This is the worst location to go to. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. I had gotten 3 piercings completed by Kevin. What a mistake. Not even 48 hours have elapsed and they have already fallen out. FALLEN-- if you did the piercing correctly they wouldn't FALL out. I went to another shop and got another opinion, and he used the incorrect jewelry (nose bones for my ear) for the type of piercing I had done. Lucky for Vegas Ink, I am no longer in Vegas, or else I would be at their doorstep. I have called the store, and have asked for a manager... not sure if she was the manager (marinella or something like this) but when I brought up figuring out some sort of resolution or else disputing with my credit card company, she said "it's up to you" and then hung up on me. Have called back 13 times since, and am getting ignored now. This place is a joke. Save your money and find a better shop. I don't care if you tell me that the piercer has 20 years of experience--he should have known better. He also shouldn't want to have bad reviews if he had been doing quality work for 20 years... The "managers" excuse-- you slept on it wrong... Didn't know sleeping on my right side could make piercings on my left FALL out. Do yourself a favor, read these reviews and spend your money another place.
