  • Rating 4 for my masseuse and the spa amenities, 2.5 for the front desk staff. Had literally found out the day before that I was expecting so called them right away and explained my situation and they happily changed my massage from a shiatsu to a prenatal massage with no penalty fees. Thank you Strom! My masseuse happened to also be a midwife for the past 20+ years as well so I felt like I thoroughly received the royal treatment! Spent the rest of the day in their hot and cold pools relaxing and unwinding and also loved the different heated and aroma therapy relaxation rooms as well. Front desk is a bit brusque both during checking in and checking out. Not sure why that is. Their spa cafe was both clean, inviting and food selections all delicious. I liked that men and women were able to mill about the property together in the common spaces. Will definitely visit here again!
