  • I had a wedding ring set I wanted to sell, and other jewelers either priced it too low for what I was looking for or I just wasn't comfortable with their customer service. But at Elite, they were so great! The woman who greeted me was awesome, and chatted with me for a minute while looking at the ring. She was very friendly and attentive. The actual person who appraised the ring was just so nice and awesome as well! Very good guy, and didn't low ball me or anything like that. He took very good care of me, and even gave me a little extra money for the ring because I said I was in the military. He also told me that Elite offers interest free loans for life for anyone that is current/former military! Larry, the owner, came out to greet me personally and we chatted for a bit while the appraiser finished with my paperwork. He was so nice and friendly as well! I really felt like they took the time to make sure I was taken care of, and feel welcome, and like I could return for business in the future. The whole thing took about fifteen minutes too! I really loved coming here, glad I made the choice to sell my ring set here AND would recommend Elite to everyone!
