I was a loyal customer with the same stylist for five years, but the quality of my haircuts was decreasing. Twice I had to go back to have styles corrected. On my final visit my hairdresser rambled on about how her new scissors were shipping the next day and how her old scissors (the pair in her hand cutting my hair) just weren't working well. That was it.
The prices are high, but you are paying for an "aveda" salon, not necessarily a better style. And, after five years and several hundred dollars in tips, I didn't receive any follow up to lure me back. I've since found a more reasonable salon with less attitude.
