  • I decided to try out Green Cab because they had good reviews on Yelp and the website looks really nice. I booked a cab for 2.15 -by 2.20 they still weren't there so I called the dispatcher. He was really really rude and snapped back that there is a 15-minute window, and the cab will be there between 2.15-2.30. I was like okay fine I will wait. By 2.30, still no cab. I call back and the dispatcher said he said 1 or 2 blocks away. Cab only gets here 15 minutes later. They were a full half hour late whereas on the website they claim there is a only 15 minute window. They did not offer any apologies or anything. The service severely disappoints and I will never take Green Cab again.
