  • Unprofessional & Unreliable. Simple business practices like communication, work ethic, and good manners towards people seem to be forgotten here. Technicians came to my home to view the AC unit that broke down in the 117 degree heat last week. They arrived not in any type of uniform, had an attitude and even had the audacity to blame the reasoning of the AC breaking on us. These technicians were so lazy that they didn't even send in the report to the home warranty company because the job would be too much work for them! Pathetic. It's now been several days and not only has the report not been filed, so we can finally get this fixed, but we haven't heard a word from them. Suffice to say we are going through a new vendor. You can learn from everyone else's experience on this one, stay far far away from this company.
