  • Honest, helpful, and highly attentive. When our tenants refrigerator froze up David (and Britney at the office) arranged to coordinate and meet our tenant that SAME afternoon - Impressive. He diagnosed and offered multiple options (including personal connections at Lowes to replace). He scheduled to repair for the next day should we decide to go with his fix - of course we did, called him the next morning, and the tenant was delighted. We won't, and you shouldn't, hesitate if you need true experience and great care to address your appliance issue.
