  • This location moves very SLOW. Regardless of time of day, you'll wait a while for room temperature food. You'll ALWAYS be missing food, guaranteed with that one. Seriously, I could bet money on it. Sauce, topping, etc. you'll always have to go up and ask for it. They're sometimes better with pickup but this recent time I was waiting 10min after my pick up time. Our food was finally ready and we looked in the bag and we're missing a muffie. My husband asked why wasn't it in there, and the woman was just like "because we don't have anymore." Okay...understandable, but no one ever told us that until we asked. He finally asked if he could have something else. Like HELLO! We just paid for it like why are we even having this convo?! They're petty workers, laughing at mad customers in the back, manager is cold. Get it together, dang.
