  • Best customer service in the pest control and HVAC business in Charlotte. We got 3 estimates done on our HVAC system since the entire thing had to be replaced, and this was the only company that actually gave us an estimate on a quote with their letter head. The other two gave us the estimates over the phone and wanted us to write everything down or on notebook paper. Both the pest control (we had carpenter bees) and our HVAC system was taken care of within 24hrs. With it being 95-100 degrees outside we were very thankful for the timely service. While working on the HVAC system they were there for 12hrs since everything had to be taken out and replaced with new. I cannot say enough about their customer service and how impressed we were. They also were the only company we talked to that had payment plan options. If you are in need of either pest control or HVAC service definitely call Killingsworth!
