  • I was looking for plumber on yelp who lived close to me n came across Spyder plumbing. I requested a quote on the web site at about 3:30 pm n immediately got a call from James. I explained i had 2 toilet water shut of valve leaking after i replaced the fill valves in them. He said the earliest time he could come out was tomorrow n i told him that i was working all day n wouldn't be home til after work. So James said to text him my address n he would be there as soon as he was done with the call he was at. As i was waiting i further inspected the leak n it was coming from the hose where it connected to the toilet n thought maybe i just need to replace the gasket in it. Well James n Jason arrived n inspected both toilets n found that i over tightened the plastic wing nut that caused the leaks. I told them that those wing nuts are a killer to deal which tore up my hands n Jason explained that those are made to be hand tightened n i asked when do u know when to stop tightening them n he said when your hand start to feel like they're being torn apart we all laughed. Jason made some adjustments to it by hand n further inspected it to make sure it was the problem n it was, yes no more leaks. Here i am thinking to myself what his going to charge me for this but to my surprise nada, zero, zilch n i said "what?" n he replied i actually didn't do anything, i Just wanna go home now n have a cold one. Wow!! This guys are genuine and honest plumbers. They're the prime example of superior customer service. This is what the valley needs more people like these guys which is rare. So no matter how minor or major work you need with your plumbing this guys are the greatest. Thx again James n Jason.
