| - I called on a Friday to see if someone could come to my house for an estimate on a new A/C unit. The very nice lady on the phone made an appointment for the following Monday evening at 7:30 pm, and I was looking forward to meeting the guy because she sounded so professional!
Guess what, nobody came.
I received a phone call 2 days later from the home sales guy, apologizing and asking if he could come the next Monday at the same time. Fair enough. People make mistakes. He came to the house and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He said He would follow up and I would be receiving an estimate.
About 2 weeks later, after not hearing from anyone, I called them because I had not received any estimate, let alone a phone call. A man called me that evening to give me a quote over the phone. I was unavailable so he left me a Vmx. I called him back and requested that I get the quote in writing, which I think is a valid request when you're about to spend a few or couple thousand on a new A/C unit, and I never heard from anyone again. And it's been about 2 weeks since I left the message.
Wow. I cannot believe the level of service from this company. I'm shocked ! You'd think that a local company, which I was happy to support, would appreciate your business, but I certainly did not feel that way at all.
