  • rating is soley based on trying to get support for an issue that is fairly simple but not one specifically listed on the help menus. 20 back and forth emails to their support, each response provided by a different person, all useless. no way to deal on an issue with just one person, no escalation process and no direct email or number to reach. worst supprt experienced.
