  • So frustrating to have to go in and wait, and wait and wait. You have a check in guy but of course all he can do is check you in and stand there. Why they don't hire more people makes no sense. Finally when I did get help it was from a very nice young man that did his best to calm me down, thankyou I needed that , and he told me they have a new app that you can set up an appointment ahead of time and they will be waiting for you. I will definitely use that next time, the wait is maddening.
