  • The racks are unshoppable by 10 am. When I finally did find something, I took it to the cashier and she double charged me (which I didn't catch until after I had paid). She didn't apologize and sent me to customer service unceremoniously. I paid with a debit card (put my pin in and everything) and should've been given the option for a cash refund for the overcharged item (the sole purpose of using debit!) I wasn't given that option and instead, the customer service rep shoved my receipt back at me and said "it'll be refunded to your card". When I said I paid debit, he was argumentative and said "yeah and it will be refunded probably by the end of the day".... I worked at a bank. It takes days for refunds to be applied to a card! I will NEVER visit this location again!!!!
